    Waist Fat loss

    So I'm 182 cm 90 Kg

I have fat only in waist area, I lost around 16kg in past 3 months or so in a steady pace from 106 KG. I'm 19.
So my question is this, is it safe to lose around 10 kg or 20-22 or more pounds in 2 months without having skin issues.
And some methods for doing so effectivly.
    Thanks in advance.

2lbs. a week max for a safe weight loss. Eat according to a caloric surplus. Trial and error to get there. Keep going.

You mean caloric deficit, right? In other words, shoot for about 1000 calories under your TDEE for losing 2lbs per week.

I've set my deadline at the end of this year, i've already fixed up my chest, back and legs to some point.
Do you think I can make it with flat stomach till end of this year?
Should I stick to low calorie foods, veggies and protein meals?
Also should I do more waist exercises? I'm doing cardio+ dynamic training(Diffrent muscle groups each day).
But I have failed to calculated my daily intake and calorie burn, only BMR so far.
    Thanks for answers.

I've started taking Whey Protein from today, around 25g of protein per serving. I was reading online it boosts metabolisam so I decided to try it out.
