So I'm 182 cm 90 Kg
I have fat only in waist area, I lost around 16kg in past 3 months or so in a steady pace from 106 KG. I'm 19.
So my question is this, is it safe to lose around 10 kg or 20-22 or more pounds in 2 months without having skin issues.
And some methods for doing so effectivly.

I've set my deadline at the end of this year, i've already fixed up my chest, back and legs to some point.
Do you think I can make it with flat stomach till end of this year?
Should I stick to low calorie foods, veggies and protein meals?
Also should I do more waist exercises? I'm doing cardio+ dynamic training(Diffrent muscle groups each day).
But I have failed to calculated my daily intake and calorie burn, only BMR so far.
