I been working out since last December, but I got a lung infection and had to miss a few months of training and now I'm really finding hard to get the motivation to go. Could anyone give me a few tips to find the motivation again please 😊
don’t stress out. first few days would be hardbut as it goes along your body will adapt and you’ll end up wanting more. just like what happened to me when i am started out. goodluck!
I would start with a lower goal. It’s hard to get motivated if you are trying to get back to the place you were before you got sick (initially). Set smaller goals and babystep your way back.
Motivation comes when you have certain goals to achieve. You need to convince your mind to start the training. Just a couple of days and you will be starting getting in zone again. Watching motivation & training videos has helped me a lot.
