    how do i sort my body out?

    I am currently 165 pounds 12.8 stone and 13 perecent body fat do I cut or bulk? mind in two places reason for this post is its on my mind a lot any one got any suggestions?

    At your current body fat of 13% I'd just eat how you already are eating and concentrate on full body, compound lifts 2-3 times a week, an hour each workout. 8-12 reps, 4-5 sets. Hope this helps.
    Don't do anything to gain the body you want that you are not prepared to do forever, because once you get that body you have to keep it! It's a marathon, not a sprint! Patience and enjoy the trip!

    Do you focus on isolate excercise, or compound?

    No need to do this, check Ben Pakulski or Athlean on Youtube, both of them do not do any bulking/cutting method.
