Okay will add an extra 100calories, also Mrpb having a gym at the place im staying means i can go into the gym whenver, currently doing a fullbody 3x week bog standard balanced similar to fierce 5 in balance, would i be better of doing 1 day on 1 day off as a beginner or would that be too taxing on my body? Basepically what im saying is frequency better than volume for Hypertrophy and strength gains? I could lower volume abit and do 1 day off 1day on. Cheers

I had a weekend away with mygirlfriend which was booze filled and we ate loads of good transfatty food and chocolate etc etc. Since coming back my weight is really high and has stayed high for 3 days now? Is this normal and will it go back down? Thanks its in the picture.
Ps i never weighed myself over the weekend either

I ended up doing alot of walking, and probably just eating my usual 3.2k calories well atleast it felt like that, i also took protein shakes with me Just to help me hit minimums and the protein i have taste soooo good, and 0.8kg increase is a bit of a deal as im trying to bulk without gaining that much fat. Hopefully it goes down, yes im eating back to normal now and it feels good
