On ICF 5x5 by Blaha, just bent over barbell rowing 3x a week 5x5 - Have gone from not being able to row the bar to now doing 80kg comfortably for 5x5, deadlift 1x5 (with warmup sets) every second workout, i think also squatting has added a bit of mass to back just from being a complete noobOriginally Posted by PovertyGainstm
