    Need advice: Mini cut or continue bulking?

    Hey guys!

    I started at 129 lbs and 5 feet 7. I'm currently 158 lbs and 5 feet 7. Question is should I continue bulking or do a mini cut to remove the excess fat I accumulated over my bulk?

    Cut down a bit and next time, I would bulk at a slower rate.

    You gained 29 pounds over what time frame? What was your workout? How much have your bench, dead, squat, and press gone up in that time?

    September 2015 until present. I was on and off working out. Bulking a few months then quit, bulking another few months then quit. Now I'm getting back into it. Lifts all progressively increased.
