I was on Keto for awhile but decided it just wasn't for me . Went from about 18% body fat to 15% now I'm doing a regular calorie deficit diet.
Stats:
5'10
Weight: 176 lbs
15-16% body fat
Macros:
65 fat
230 protein
150 carbs
2105 total cals
Gonna do this till Saturday and see how my body reacts then change from there.

Way more protein than you need, but fine if you like that; calories seem a bit low but that would depend on activity level. Try it and see how it goes, adjust as needed.
