Lower body workout
Squats!!!! Yes the racks where empty lol
6 sets plus a warmup set. Should not start with squats because it tired out my legs for everything else lol
Leg extensions
7 sets started with 15 rep range and worked my way up to 4 rep range with the last one being a cheat rep
Leg curl
3 sets only since my hamstrings where screaming already
Seated calf raises
3 sets slow with a pause on the top
Abs
Machine and standing leg raises
Fixation is already doing its job. Usually I need to slap on my copper knee sleeves but they felt great today so did the whole session without them on. What is this magic ????50% of my posts are 100% factual

Modified push day
I have a bad chest congestion plus work travel = 3 days off of the gym.
Thursday’s session was killer though
Flat bench
Reps 30,12,10,8,6 - my god that burned so much - left my ego at the door to complete all sets at the right rep ranges. Got the idea from Arnold’s blueprint to mass which I have ran before with amazing results
Incline bench - reps 30,12,10,8,6 - I had such a huge pump by now it really hurt and was walking around waving my arms like a insane person
Flies - reps 30,12,10,8,8 - was done with chest and felt like I never wanted to hit it again lol
Super sets of side raises , front raises , close grip bench , overhead extensions , skull crushers and Arnold presses
I did super sets ,tri sets and quad sets all thanks to Arnold’s inspiration.
Killer workout and glad I had DNA , Big C and fixation in my body. Been dozing them all at once and been having zero stomach problems at all. I’m truly amazed at the quality of magnum products50% of my posts are 100% factual

Pull day
Incline dumbell rows
4 sets with 50lb dumbells for 8-10 reps
dumbell curls
5 sets of 45lb then 3 sets of 25lb - strict form
barbell curls
60lb and 50lb supersetted with pause reps in the center -7 sets
lat pull down
center of chest - 165 for 4 sets with 6-8 reps per set
pull ups
3 sets till failure
row machine
180 for 4 sets rep range 6-8
abs
4 sets till failure of the ab machine
Breakfast -
Big C and Fixation with a yogurt and Quattro Salted Frigin caramel in water
even in water you get that really good caramel and vanilla taste to it
pre workout
Dymatize pre with DNA
Lunch i have 6 oz of steak and a cup of beef fried rice
Dinner tonight will be 10oz pork chops, veggies and 1 cup of the mini potatoes sauted with olive oil and fresh garlic
snack

Really solid workouts these last two sessions. I agree the salted freakin caramel is delish in just about anything. I've been mixing it up with my coffees and also making my own pumpkin shakes with it. Freaking amazing.

Did legs and chest past 2 days
My leg sessions will now be changing from this point forward. I have to get my police defensive tactics certification in January. And that requires lots of endurance especially with legs. So this leg session was my last just moving heavy ass weights.
Push day today was a hour and half of super sets - feeling kinda sick still lol
My elbow and bicep are feeling great with fixation - this will become a staple
Big c still delivers no issues at all
DNA consumed pre - I feel like my endurance half way through my session has increased50% of my posts are 100% factual

Traveling this week so hotel workout last night
Flat dumbbell bench
50 lb is the heaviest dumbbells so did 6 sets till failure. Don’t know how many reps but it was over 20
Incline dumbbell
Same as above
Flat dumbbell flies
35x15 4 sets
Seated overhead
50x15 4 sets
Close grip dumbbell press
50x10 5 sets
Dumbbell skull crushers
4 sets with different weights
Side raises supersetted with front raises
25x10 5 sets
Threadmill for a mile
Supps taken
DNA pre workout
Fixation is almost gone I’m gonna miss it
Big C taken daily with a meal

Damn. I always get so irritated when I walk into a hotel gym and it's just chit. I'm impressed you managed to put that good of a workout together. Even more irritating is when the online pictures look like it is usable and you walk into a broken treadmill and poverty EZ curl bar, and that's it. Lol

Gonna give my honest review on everything
Fixation - many times i forgot to take it twice a day and only dosed it once a day and it was still amazing. One of the better joint supps on the market that i have tried. I have aching everything lately that i blame old age and i dont know when to stop lol. But with fixation most of the joint aches have gone away and its a great feeling to curl like normal or do legs without your joints killing you.
Big C - Solid solid solid creatine supp - no discomfort at all and the pills where veey easy too swallow
DNA - I did feel like my endurance was up throughout my sessions so i give it that
Quattro - wow just wow- stuff tastes amazing and the mixabilty and drinkabilty is top notch. I would love to try some more flavors down the line and i know magnum is always top quality.50% of my posts are 100% factual
