Can anyone who has ran or with enough experience with conjugate tell me I can I'm on the right track
I made a spreadsheet of roughly what I want to do. Im still new at using excel and such so apologies if it's all fuky.

Looks pretty good, I'd add CG Incline Press and board presses to max effort upper if you have boards available. I'd also add pin Squats, and block pulls to ME Lower. Out of curiosity what exactly are Kroc Rows. I don't use OHP much as a ME lift. It's primarily a assistance movement for me. I wouldnt change exercises on dynamic effort. Stick to your completion lift. As a general rule I use: when in doubt do lots of back and hamstring work.

I third this. I've always loved/trained conjugate but had very little guidance/knowledge. After finding him on IG, I've basically been following his exact workouts and have been doing nothing but hitting PRs. I also like his modified ME lower days in place of DE lower days. And I was a little upset when his account went MIA for the month of August and I lost all his saved workouts. Glad he's back.
