    Exclamation Programs For me!!

Hey Guys. So I Recently did a cut from the end of july and im still on it. I lost 5 Pounds!! Which is great. Im down to about 58kg and gained a bit of muscle. I also joined a gym which is nice. I was wondering if there is a good program out there that will help me lose a bit more weight and gain a bit of muscle. It could be once every 2 days for an hour or like half an hour everyday!. I have dumbells and weights for home workouts although i have school so im limited on time. Im nearly 14 btw. Regards,Rhys

You've been cutting since July and you've only lost 5 lbs? That's horrible progress.

As for what program to use, I don't recommend one. What you need is a "calorie deficit". What that means is you eat fewer calories than your body burns.

    Missed that part. Cheers.

OP, quit worrying about losing weight now. How tall are you? I doubt you look bad even if you're 5'5".

So you're 5'4". Keep eating. Your body needs all the nutrition it can get because you're growing.

If you lift weights and stay active, you could still stay in shape.

Any beginner's program will do. I'd recommend Starting Strength - https://startingstrength.com/get-started/programs (first one)

at 13, you have no reason to be cutting unless Doctor advised you to do so due to being OVERWEIGHT. You went from 129 - 124, that is NOT heavy in anyones eyes.
