I feel excited moving forward.
Finished at ~1648 for day 1 yesterday
I will make April 28th my first show.

Diet Approach is
2800 Monthly Caloric Average - 600 calories of cardio per week.
Approach is going to be a mix of some days relaxed. Some Days strict.
