Thanks to CL for bringing this one back!
I never felt the same since white flood reborn came around.
I never tried the first version but was a big fan of v2.
But this one looks close.
Im currently doing my own version of phat abeit a really distant version .
I dropped one of the extra leg days cause I have a physical job and between that and doing a heavy lower day my legs are usually toast. But if I'm feeling good that week I go ahead and do an extra leg day.
Also I just recently switched up the heavy days with a 531 variation but using the 8 6 3 rep scheme instead as I read up upon for more volume. 531 just never seemed like enough.
So 2 days of 8 6 3 and 2 days of hitting the same muscles again with lower weight high reps.
Was waiting all day to try it out on Monday but it came after my workout.
Tuesday
So unfortunately I left for vacation on Tuesday but managed to get in a short shoulder workout before my plane ride.
I got the raspberry lemonade, at first it smelled slightly like plastic but the taste sure does deliver. Spot on!
The energy and focus was pretty spot on as well.
Gave me a little bit of the focus that I can recall from v2. And just off one scoop.
I'll be able to go into more detail once I get back in a week and get somemore workouts in.

Whats so good about white flood? Im willing to give it a try but wont really need until early next year as ive got a few throw aways from others

Just back from vacation yesterday. I was able to hit up a gym only one time out of the 7 days I was away. Just did a full body workout cause I didn't know when I'd be able to train again.
Today
1 scoop of White flood
Squat
180x8
195x8
205x9
Split Squat
bwx15
x15
x15
*each side
Deads--
225x8
(at this point the deads turned into rack pulls cause I wasn't feeling 100%)
225x10
225x10
225x10
Overall
Things are a bit sluggish, it takes a little bit to get back to being 100% in my workouts after basically resting for a week and not being on top of my diet/nutrition.
So it took a while to get things going with my workout and had to dial it down a bit.
I guess I need an "adjustment" period over the next few days.
However the the focus I got off white was really good and had I the stamina to to keep going I'm sure the focus would have held up.

I live in Idaho and went to south east Texas, where I was staying was about 40minutes away from the beach. Some of my wife's family live there so we were visiting them as well as taking a Vacation. Spent 7 days there.
It was an adjustment from fall temps in idaho (about 50-60s) to 80-90 in Texas.
Got to hangout at the beach a few days as well as eating top notch sea food.
My first day back to work was on Thursday and it was an unnecessary long one. Had a meeting a 5am then had to come back at 4pm for another meeting that lasted an hour. Then had to run and pick up my kids from school/daycare.
So didn't have a chance to lift that day.
Thought Friday would be better, but no had to take care of something important after work and then had to go pick up kids again. When I finally got home I was beat.
But the weekend looks good for a couple workouts as my plate is empty.
I've been reading up on the Ultimate diet 2.0 and I think I might give it a run.
As I have been staying at pretty much the same weight for too long and normal dieting hasn't really been working for me.

I gave the Ultimate diet 2.0 a try these past few days and I don't think its going to workout. Just work and kid demands getting in the way.
I did the first workout with it though on Sunday with 1 scoop of white flood.
Squat
160x15,15,15,15,15,15
Split Squat
bwx15,15,15
Trap Bar Deadlift
185x15,15,15
Lat Raise
10x20
20x15,15
Row
135x15,15,15,15,15,15
Wasn't too bad of a workout but wasn't really feeling 100%. Been needing to get my diet back in check from taking a break when going on Vacation. The focus is great from white flood ,just my energy levels were off from lack of proper diet.
I always liked the focus aspect of OG wihte flood, I feel like there is a smorgasbord of ingredient in the focus part of it and I just go with it being a "synergistic" feeling of them all.
I know I mentioned a workout program I was doing but I decided to go to a more streamlined one that I have wanting to do cause it was simple and straightforward.
Which is what I need right now to get back into the groove of things.
It was just 531 boring but big.

Thoughts
I have been using a heaping scoop of White Flood and seems to be working out just fine, probably comes out to 270ishmg of caffeine that way. The leg session felt really good and smooth. Lately my legs have been dreaded workout day cause they never seem to feel like they want to work out.
Wanted to do bench day but had to move a couch after I got off work, then had to pick up kids so when I got home I was beat....I'm pretty sore overall so rest would be good.

Starting to feel better with these last few workouts, stregnth and endurance is coming back.
Really like going in and doing the work laid out and getting out at this point.
I reread 531 beyond and found a few variation of BBB that will keep me busy for awhile.
I think after 6 weeks I'll retest my maxes to get more accurate ones.
But White flood still treating me well think I'll throw up a review soon as I got the feeling for it now.

Last few Workouts...
Deadlift
260x5
295x3
330x1
Tried to get another rep on my last set but something didn't feel right in my back so had to bail. Felt like I strained something so doing the bbb options wasn't a good idea so I called it.
I left sore all day from my previous leg workout and I guess didn't warm up enough, my mistake. But I was stubborn and wanted to train.
Bench
165x5
185x3
210x2
225x1
DB Bench
55x10,10,10,10,10
Kroc Row
90x20
DB Row
55x10,10,10,10
Face Pulls
45x10,10,10,10
Started a new cycle of 5/3/1
Press
90x5
100x5
120x7
85x8
70x10,10,10,10,10
Pull Ups
bwx10,10,10,8,8
Face Pulls
55x8,8,8,8
Tri Ext OH
70x10,10,10,10
Starting to feel a boost in stregnth at least in upper body. I really have been focusing on my diet and I think that's paying off.
