    Red face Natural Physique Comp.

    Hello there,

i am about 187cm (6`1) and just arounds 87,5 kilo (192lt). I started going to gym in 1/17 so now i am in for just about 9 months. I am bulking my way up from 169lt with 12-13% bodyfat. I know its nothing to be proud of but for me it is a small sucess. At the end of the next year (maybe) I wanna go out there

So now I dont really know how to take the next step. How high do I have to go with my weight? When do I have to cut? What bodyfat is optimal for me?

Just to ensure I wanna stay natty

You don't have to, why do you even replying to comment if you don't bother to write something of value?

Get some years of experience and growth before even considering competing, I don't know why people are so quick to jump into competing these days.

Yes build a good foundation first.
Merely bulking up and then cutting back down can waste a lot of time and effort.
    It's called the "YoYo "method.
You gain weight but how much of it is actually muscle?
For a natural competitor if you gained five pounds of pure muscle in a year that would be a good gain.
So if you stayed lean and just increased your calories a little bit emphasis on protein, use basic compound movements trying to get stronger with reps not singles you should if your intensity is high enough make some gains.
Natural bodybuilders as mentioned will take longer to make some noticeable gains.
You need to be very patient.
Inform yourself with nutrition info and learn all you can.
There is no secret other than hard work and discipline.
Take pics of yourself now and in a few months and compare.
    Good luck.
