Title says it all lmfao. I’m a 15 year old male, played sports since as long as I can remember. I just really suck at them. I love playing sports (football, basketball) but I get much too frustrated with my performances. I’ve never been too fast, agile, smart, or any other athletic abilities besides strength. My strength is great for someone of my size but still not remarkable whatsoever. Any tips on how to fix this? I’m tired of sucking ass at all my sports.
