I watched the 2017 Arnold Classic and noticed Cedric had a decently small waistline (compared to today's standards) for his size and I was just wondering if there are any other pros that lack the bubble gut of Phil and Kai (and many, many others...). Embed or post urls, I'd like to know if there are any mass monsters of our era that can hit a vacuum or in general have a small waistline.

Jay Cutler is probably the biggest guy who could vacuum.
