I have been lifting for 1-2 months and have seen some progress. I use my school gym now(I used to use just DB) I created this program and am progressing, what do you guys think. I workout 3 times a week ABA, bab A Bench press 3x5 Squat 3x5 Pendley row 3x8 Lat raises 3x10 Tricep skull crushers 3x10 Calf raises 3x25-30 Ab work B Front squat 3x5 Over head press 3x5 Romnian deadlift 3x8 Lat pulldowns 3x8 Bicep curls 3x10 Shoulder shrugs 3x15 Ab work
