Get your start weight this weekend (September 30th-October 1st) and go hard towards your goal weight.

This thread will cover the following 8 weeks, with weigh-ins on the below dates:
Week 1: Friday 6th October
Week 2: Friday 13th October
Week 3: Friday 20th October
Week 4: Friday 27th October
Week 5: Friday 3rd November
Week 6: Friday 10th November
Week 7: Friday 17th November
Week 8: Friday 24th November
I'm starting at 250,4 lbs and my goal weight is 237 lbs. Last two previous challenges did not quite reach my goal, but made some nice progress anyways. Maybe the third time is the charm?

I started a cut a few days ago, starting weight is 209lb. Doing a fairly aggressive CKD cut, wanting to go for about 6 weeks or so and see how I look. Definitely want to be sitting sub 180lb at the end fully carbed. Just finished a bulk without putting on too terribly much fat, so feeling pretty good about where I'm set up for this cut

Going for that 190 threshold!
Fairly aggressive I know but bf% is still in the high 30s, monitoring strength changes closely and doing fine so far. Down from 238lbs earlier this year.Brazilian Crew |<o>|

I'm in for this challenge as well. Thanks for running the last one, and this one JSim! Since I didn't quite make my goal last challenge, I'm going to keep my goal the same to start this one and revise it when I make it.

IN again! Last time was a disaster, joined near the end. After 3 weeks, I found out that weighing myself in two different rooms that the difference between weight was 14 pounds!! The floor is very thin in one of the rooms. Hopefully starting from the beginning can really get the results I want. Found this thread great motivation though.

Just started tracking calories yesterday.
I have been eating more than I thought. I felt yesterday was a great day, but wasn't nearly as good as I thought.
Total calories for the day was 2,368, which is below my goal of 2,520. I need to work on my protein intake though, I only took in 78g of protein.9/26/17: 327.0 lbs
