Ok so I need help with an honest body assessment. I have been lifting for 3 years now and feel as though maybe i am backtracking. I have gained weight, some muscle some fat but i truly need to as i was too thin. I've actually gained about 20 pounds in the last year. However I feel like I'm not as defines as I used to be and I don't know if I am just so used to the way I used to look that I'm not seeing myself in the right light or I gained too much fat and that's why my definition is not showing the way I want it too. My pictures are obviously of me flexing as I don't walk around just looking tight and ripped all the time which I also feel like working as hard as I do it should be visible without me having to flex. Please help me figure out what direction I need to go! Much appreciated!

it all depends on how you want look. If you want to be lean all year round and still gain some decent muscle... then that will be harder but do-able. At that point you will need to align your macros just about your maintenance level.. and it will take some time.
But in the end its about how happy with you are with your body. Cutting or bulking.. just do whichever will make you wake up and want to trainPersonal Journal (ISSA-SSC, AFAA-CGFI, SPT)
