enjoy running 10K race but also love of explosiveness
Hi guys,
if some of you can share ideas about, training for explosive and vertical jumping with enjoy running at the sometime.
Im not so sure if running 20 km (10km/day 2days/week) per week is good for explosive and vertical jump training.
my goal is to dunk, but i also love to attend the mini marathon.

Unfortunately, running is bad for explosive.
You have to do some other exercises, i would suggest you to jump ropes.
