Hi guys
I have been training now for 4 years and now in the mindset of wanting to compete and hope you guys could help with what I should enter into? I will be look at entering next year possibly May time.
I have looked at the men’s physique but saw there is also a men’s beginners as well?
I’m 31, 173lbs at 5”10
No idea how to post pictures on threads but have recent ones of me on my bodyspace
