Right so I'm a 20 year old 5'9 male. I have a bit of a dilemma, I'm currently 68kg/149lbs. I have a a reasonable amount of muscle but not too much. Arms 14", Chest 39-40" roughly. However I'm about 14-15% bodyfat and I want to get down to around to 10% or below before I beggin to bulk up again. The problem is I'm already so light and I don't want to lose any more muscle. So the question is, should I just forget about getting lean and start bulking now or should I keep cutting? I'm currently on about 1800-2000 cals per day.
