    Unhappy Weighted squats and losing size???

    I tried doing squats before to get a bigger butt and it didn't work. So I started doing weighted squats and my butt went up an inch for a few days,after I started doing it again i lost 2.5 inches on my hips. I tried upping the amount of calories I eat in a day and that didn't work either,what am I doing wrong each time I go to the gym I get flatter

    Muscle growth = calorie surplus, consistency with a heavy lifting program and patience because growing takes time.

    If you're eating in a true surplus you will gain weight and grow. If it's not happening it's because your calorie tracking is off and you're simply not eating enough.
