I know this has been discussed in detail. I want to know if working out every day is doable. I am not on gear or anything and have been working out pretty consistently for about 12 years. A lot of responses that have been about not training everyday are because it stresses the CNS. The thing is I don't have much stress in my life for the next few weeks as I am between jobs so I have time to rest adequately. I workout extremely hard, usually switching off between BI/back, Chest/shoulders/tri, legs splits and back/chest/legs/arms, etc. If I don't get that bad of DOMS but do you guys think I would still grow working out 6 days a week, one day cardio?
