    Mass Gainer and Whey

    Hey all,

    Just wanna ask..is it ok if i take

    - mass gainer in the morning and before sleep
    -whey before and after workout

    Actually mass gainer is my brother's..he stop use it.. and i have whey on my own..so thats why i think i want to combine it but not at the same time.

    But you are relying too much on whey products rather than whole foods..

    Whey = good

    Mass gainers = whey and other proteins + sugar and or other cheap ingredients to add cals.

    Food + whey = win

    Yea its fine.. what weight gainer though.. 2x a day is a lot of calories.. lacking a lot of fiber which could be an issue.

    If youre going to drink all them calories, which I highly discourage, just go to the store and buy some fiber one bars, and semi healthy foods you enjoy. That said thats a recipe for gaining too much bodyfat. I remember fifteen years ago when I bought my first weight gainer 5000 from GNC lol

    It's fine to take them both.

    Remember that a protein supplement should solely be used to help you reach your protein macros for the day.

    I'd also recommend just making your own gainer in the future (I see that your just using your brothers now). But by making your own instead of purchasing a new one you most likely save $$, know exactly what you're consuming, and in my opinion it'll taste better.
