Sorry for the lack of link dont have enough posts pics on my bodyspace.
Been cutting for a while doing Bodyweight workouts started GSLP this week.
I think my BF is around 17% using the navy tape method I can see my top two abs when I flex.
Starting to feel skinny(still no abs) what d'ya think keep cutting or go for a clean bulk?
