Hey guys
I love working out. It's literally a passion of mine. In the past three months I have noticed tons of hair loss, and although it didn't show at first, now my hairline is all messed up. I checked with a doctor and he said the testosterone level boost you got from working out raised your DHT which caused hair loss. I got some special shampoo and rogaine to help prevent it from getting worse..
I went from working out six days a week to once a week now.. now I think to myself, what's the point?
Please don't tell me to man up, forget the hair, and build some muscle. I don't want to lose more hair, but I want to keep working out.
Any advice?

this is just a thought, but if you lose hair due to high test levels raising other hormones from working out, whats not to say that something else will come in your life that will raise your test level again? such as the need to be the alpha male infront of a female or some other bullcrap. im assuming that time will come again where your test level will be up for quite some time so honestly i would just continue to workout, plus theres alot of people who look good bald and its much much cooler in the summer.

Pretty sure balding is strictly genetics, can't imagine lifting would cause an issue, UNLESS you were taking something to severely mess with your hormones.

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!
