    Is this a good diet?

    Hey,

I know there is a lot of information on this all over the web and can be googled but I'm still going to post as a lot of people here enjoy helping out.
    I'm 64kg (140lbs) and 176cm (5'9") and trying to bulk up.
Currently I eat the same breakfast and lunch each day and for dinner I eat whatever my mother makes usually quite healthy. (stir fry, baked fish, stew, etc)

    For breakfast I eat
    -4eggs
    -1/2 large avocado
    -1/2 white onion
    -handful of cheese

    For lunch
    -160g cooked chicken breast
-100g of cucumber, carrot and capsicum (red bell pepper)
-100g hommus (only has 0.4g/100g sugar)
    -150g brown rice
    -250g sweet potato

Is this healthy? Or should I add more variety, maybe some fruits?

    Thanks in advance.

    How old are you?

Make sure you're eating enough to gain ~2lbs per month.

TBH, your diet is fine. But sticking to the same food and the same amounts (on a daily basis ) won't lead to good relationship with food.

More variety is always good just to avoid diet boredom and any possible deficiencies.
