This was a great meet for me! I went 8/9 and this was the most I squatted or deadlifted since the injury. Bench could have gone better, but now I know what to work on for the off season.
I used
1. caffeine pill
2. two scoops of Anabolic state.
3. 1.5 scoops Waxybolic
Energy was good through out the meet, but the flights went very fast. I may be had 5 min between attempts. Never seen a flight go that fast.
Squat 3rd Attempt (130kg)
Bench 2nd Attempt (77.5kg)
Deads 3rd Attempt (157.5kg)
Now, mandatory rest before starting a new program (GZCL). Will have my Waxybolic review up soon.
