    Routine for cutting

    Hi,

What's the best routine for cutting? Though I'm currently doing Intermediate/Advanced 5 Day Lower/Upper LPP. Just wondering if I can still continue with this routine while on deficit?

As it seems I might not achieve that increasing weights every 2 weeks with this routine.

Cutting is about maintaining your lifts, or as close to as possible while in a calorie deficit. If youre an intermediate you'll struggle to increase the weights, if you can keep them the same in a calorie deficit youre doing well.
