    Can I average out calories

Once a week I get an Indian. I really do just crave takeaway sometimes. I do opt for low carb options and tend to get tandoori mixed grill and a side of paneer. I often find myself eating the whole thing though. I'm just a bit concerned about the amount of calories. From calorie websites I've estimated I have eat about 1900 calories on those days when I aim to only have 1200 usually. Is it ok to overeat one day of the week and make up for it on other days?

How tall are you? Male? Weight? There's a pretty decent chance that 1900 calories is still below your TDEE.

I'm 5'10 195lb. My tdee is between 2050-2200. Depending on what calculator I use. I'm just concerned I won't lose at the rate I want to.

If you are concerned that eating that much will not allow you to lose at the rate you want then don't eat it. I don't believe that you should "overeat" one day and make up for it, "punish", yourself the next. That being said I track my carbs daily and aim for about 14,000cals per weak. There are days I may only eat 1,000 cals but then the next I might eat 3,000. This is just what works for me, no appetite one day, hangry the next.

It's fine. Look at what your averaging over the long term (including refeeds if your doing them), thats what matters.
