Hey guys, been weight lifting for a year I go three days a week an now that I'm more adjusted, I'm wanting to improve my lifts, I'm doing a 3x8 program basically. My bench max is 250, Deadlift is 345, an squat is 385. I know diet will have alot to do with it an would like ideas on types of power foods that are suggested to build more muscle to improve my lifts along with types of lifts that will improve my explosiveness. Thanks guys.
BTW I'm 22 not 47. Lol

No such things as power foods.... Just try to make the more nutritious choice when it comes to foods. Eat enough protein, fats and carbs. Nothing you probably don't already know.
If you want to improve your explosiveness then do explosive movements. Power cleans, box jumps, snatch, ect.Texas Method Log *https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173755621*

There are no power foods my man. If you want to set up your diet to support maximum strength gains follow these guidelines:
-Eat enough to gain between 0.4-1.1lb of scale weight per week
-Get 0.8-1g of protein per lb of bodyweight
-Get 20-40% of your daily calories from fat (depends if you prefer a higher fat/carb diet)
-Fill up the rest with carbs- Maxing out my genetic potential with science ;-) -
