    Bentover DB Rows: 35kg 4x10
    Planks: BW 3x60s



    Also threw in some Sumo deadlifts after my main deadlift work. Worked up to a few singles of 180kg to work on form since ivee moved my stance in very slightly from how i did sumo before. It felt really hard off the floor but flew up towards the top. Watching the video back afterwards, my form stayed perfect throughout and bar speed was consistent.
