-Hit a plateau since last post. Weight has been flux 185-187 past two weeks. I weigh myself every Friday morning with nothing in stomach. Once was with 16oz water, so I just deducted that
-Been doing cardio, but ate back calories (maybe this is the problem)
-Been doing cardio, but now won't eat back those calories and assume its part of my TDEE.. I'll see how this week go's..
-Been feelin a bit down at this point..- USMC Vet Crew

Maybe it is time to mix it up. Forget doing cardio Do some HIIT. I do Tabata exercises once a week, sometimes twice. I do an exhausting exercise for 20 seconds, take a 10 second break. Do it for 4 minutes and you are done. If you are not done, then you did not have enough intensity. I do either heavy kettlebell swings or ride an AirDyne bike (killer). Be sure to warm up and warm down.
Also, as you've lost weight, your BMR will decrease. It takes less calories to sustain you the less you weight. That means your TDEE will decrease as you lose weight, if your activity level remains the same. Generally, this shows up as a decrease in the rate of weight loss. I suggest dropping a few more calories from what you are eating to see if you can get back on track.O─O York Barbell Crew #53 O─O

My goal is to have so much equipment that I don't have room to workout. I am almost there. :)

As you get leaner it gets harder. If you're not losing, you're not in a deficit. If you're eating at maintenance, doing cardio and eating what you just spent won't do a thing to change that...
Sorry if you feel it's too low but if you wanna lose further you might have to consider lowering calories. Or as you said do cardio and don't eat it back.Brazilian Crew |<o>|

I started doing a different routine to where I do my lifts and 15 minutes cardio afterwards. The cardio usually burns about 250cals and I do this atleast 4-5xs a week. I have been eating about 2000cals a day not including the cals burned doing cardio, i've been including these as part of my TDEE.. I calculated my TDEE again, which tells me that for cutting I should be 2200?.. wtf?? I've been eating less than this and the weight isn't going down.
Can it be that im eating to little?? I'll see how this week go's and see. My weight should definitely go down this week. I know it's a slow process and not in a rush. I'm just frustrated that i've been stuck 184-187 for the past month... and with what i've been doing, it should be going down.- USMC Vet Crew

Got on the scale on Friday and was at 182.5! Just had a re-feed yesterday, so that should help me out. I know it gets harder, but not at this stage man. Well, the last time I went on a cut it started to get harder for me in the 170-175 range. So far i'm on the right track I guess, which makes me feel better
