incline bench 235 x 10
shoulder press 85 lb dumbells
75 lb weighted pullups for 5-6 reps per set
stiff legged deadlift 225 for 10 reps
squat 225 for ~20 reps (my doctor told me not to squat or deadlift very heavy because i have had knee surgery before. i never squat more than 275)

nah dude, all of my lifts went up 80% without gaining any muscle. And I gained 40 lbs of fat. Totally what happened
