wow that really does look bad. I'm a Phil lover, for his physique, but that is not the way a champion should carry himself. Maybe lack of carbs and hydration....idk

I have no idea what he ever would think of posting something like this.. I know some people really overanalyse his physique a bit too much and crticizing it but you gotta understand that that comes with a territory..
People yell and scream and cry for Kai, but honestly had that man been crowned Mr Olympia, THE EXACT SAME SCENARIO would unfold.. people jumping on the bandwagon of the bubblegut, no traps etc.. IT COMES WITH A TERRITORY..
And treating it like this is simply not okay, you are THE BEST BUILT MAN ON THE PLANET, ACT LIKE IT..I think Cedric should become Mr Olympia before the age of 40.

Good for Phil. People talk s^& about him everyday. SO he strikes back. SO what? If you think people like Arnold were any better you are dearly mistaken. They didnt have social media around. He was brutal..AS are MOST "all" of them..Phil will win 8 and probably 9. AND if he comes in like he did for the first 7 then he deserves it..NOW go cry about something else people..

Other pros and exPros and people in the industry had Phil winning. Its not about needing glasses "which i actually do"..its about picking the body apart one piece at a time and awarding the guy with the least problems the win...AND if you are going to beat the current MrO you need to come in perfect..In which nobody did "again" this year.

Humble perspective of a casual BB fan, who actually did watch the Mr. Olympia finals
1) IMAGE - The sport is built on projecting the right physical look and image. Ramy is from the middle East, his English doesn't appear to be all that great, and from all of the videos I have seen of him I'm not sure he has much of a personality at all (could be an awesome guy, honestly I can't tell). From my point of view Kai Greene suffers from a similar image problem (albeit worse), he is one grapefruit or G4P article away from making headlines and I don't think they want to risk making him the poster child for Bodybuilding. Phil Heath has about as much personality as a potato, but if interviewed by an outside source wouldn't go off on a cosmic tangent about unicorn dreams or require a translator to carry on a conversation.
2) Aesthetics - Placing sheer mass aside, Heath's physique is more appealing than Ramy's appearance (especially from the back). Sure, most seem to be riding the 'Bubble gut' train these days and Phil is no exception in 2017. But then again, there were plenty of times where Ramy let his gut show and Heath's was not bad enough in comparison to warrant a title loss. When you beat the champ it has to be a knockout, you don't often win that fight by going to the score cards.
3) Muscle Maturity (3D Effect) - Heath's lines flat out look more crisp to me, you can see REALLY nice separation on Ramy but Phil's looks like it was carved with a knife in the areas that matter most. Also, despite making Heath look small/narrow in poses like the rear lat spread, I still prefer Heath's structure over Big Ramy's. His rear lat spread kinda reminds me of a subdued version of Ronnie Coleman, and in a good way.
I decided to watch the video, and honestly Phil Heath should be embarrassed by that type of behavior. A true champion doesn't need to respond to his internet trolls and haters directly, you are just fanning the flame and giving them more notoriety and fuel for their next video. I would be HIGHLY interested in hearing what the Olympia/IFBB Officials think of their Champion's post victory video. What would the NFL commissioner do to Tom Brady if he reacted that way after winning the Superbowl? I think Heath, and all the other top bodybuilders would benefit from hiring PR managers to help them develop and refine their personal brands (maybe even taking acting classes), so that situations like these are exclusive to fitness YouTubers and trolls looking to make a name for themselves. /rant
My favorite Bodybuilder on that stage is Dexter Jackson, I was VERY impressed by William Bonac's total package, and I'm most looking forward to seeing what condition Brandon Curry brings to the stage in years to come. I think we will likely see Heath continue to win Sandow's until a better representative becomes available, which could be a LONG while in my humble opinion.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #58 ▪█─────█▪

Can't believe people are surprised by Phil's behavior. Wake up people, he is a dick and always has been. He is a very emotional person, that comes off extremely immature and insecure. He carried himself on this forum bad, on instagram bad and this isn't the first time he had drama online. Such a fake ass guy.
In before some idiot comes in here and says "hater" at all these people when Phil is definitely not acting like a grown up or a professional.Grainy hardcore religious slabs of thick dense muscle. So grainy that it hurts your eyes
