Hint: pretty much regardless of what or when you eat, your glycogen stores (which is what I think you're trying to ask about) will be replenished. Even on a strict ketogenic diet, once adapted, muscle glycogen levels will typically remain well north of 50% once recovered from a depletion workout.
That said, if you're engaging in multiple bouts of glycogen-depleting exercise in one day (think triathlon) and you're not using a specially designed ketogenic protocol with proper adaptation then you might want to consume intra/inter exercise simple carbohydrates that are (very easy) to digest, perhaps in liquid form, that contain both fructose and glucose.
