    Leany Time Log

Haven't really made a log in a long... long.. time, although I've found them to be extremely beneficial for holding myself accountable. Goal is almost entirely focused to get very lean again. I've been dabbling in long diance running lately and spending less attention on lifting, mostly because I'm happy with the muscle size I've obtained. With that, you'll see that my lifting program is pretty **** / less than ideal, I kind of just go into the gym on lifting days (2 or 3x per week) and do what I want.

    Anyways, see details below -

    Current Stats
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 190
    BF: 14-15% (+/- 1%)
    1 Max B/S/DL: 275/405/445
    Pic: https://imgur.com/a/i9tD6

    Goal Stats:
    Height: 5'10.5"
    Weight: Sub 175
    BF: 8-10%

Going to have to start my cut on a very high protein diet... looking at 2,000 calories (120c/256p/55f). I may have to lower calories a little depending how things go as I'm a desk rat.

Debating whether or not I should I deload for the next week as I haven't done one in a solid 6 months and I'm frequently running 5-10+ miles and lifting 3x per week... probably overdue. Regardless, going to stick to the above diet and post daily totals.
    heh

When I checked this and saw that I started this log 9/16, I had to take a double look as it doesn't feel like it has been more than a week...

    9/21 - 9/28
My diet throughout this period was pretty on point, I've been hitting 2k cals max (w/ 1 or 2 exceptions). Macros vary, but I am focusing on hitting the protein target at least.

    9/29 - 10/1
Macros were absolute **** for this and diet consisted mostly of alcohol and pizza... kept cals in check for the most part.

    Weight @ 10/1 Evening - 184lbs...
    heh
