I'm confused...over the last 3 years you've cut down to 4% body fat. You obviously cannot cut/sustain that bf%, so isn't bulk the only option?
1st Meet Results: May 14, 2016
Bodyweight: 199.3 lbs
259/187.4/330.7 Total: 777.1 lbs
2nd Meet Results: October 15, 2016

After competing at the highest level of bodybuilding and olympic weightlifting, I don't care about aesthetics or strength. I'm seeking the middle ground. At 174 my joints ache and I can barely move/play football and at 150 I feel light as a feather but not "powerful." For me to maintain 150 I have to eat 1700 calories and strength train for 1 hour per day and cardio for an hour per day. What I'm asking is what is more favored in 2017, Being super lean and athletic or a big block? Here's a pic of me the night after my comp and I was 4.75% BF
