I think I mentioned it in my review but I'll mention it again if you like the
Smooth Choc flavor of Impact Whey or if you thought the flavor was good
but a bit light then your gonna LOVE this Choc Brownie Batter which comes
through stronger and sweeter in flavor and very enjoyable and a flavor I WILL
buy again in the future.

1-3/4 cup of MY Protein Oat Powder
2- 2 scoops of Impact Whey Choc Brownie Batter
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
5- 1 tbs of 100% Cacao powder
6-- 2 tbs of Chia Seeds
7- 1/2 of a 1.65oz bar 72% dark cacao choc cut into tiny pieces
8- 2 heaping tbs of canned pumpkin (for texture)
9- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
10- 2 egg whites
11- 1 tbs of liquid vanilla extract
12- 2 oz of unsweetened almond milk
Mix the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine thoroughly then spoon the
batter into 3 glass baking dishes that are coated with nonstick spray and place them
into a 325 degree preheated oven and bake for about 25min. until done. When they
cool place them in the fridge wrapped in foil overnight before frosting them.
Frosting- In a bowl add 1 1/2 scoops of the Brownie Batter whey then add 1 tbs of
choc casein protein and I used MY Protein Choc Smooth then mix both proteins
together dry and then slowly add a few drops of water and stir briskly until you get
a thick spreadable consistency. Spread the DELICIOUS frosting on each the 3 mini
cakes and enjoy!

you're doing it wrong. supplements should be the absolute last thing you focus on.
step 1: correct your diet. Make sustainable, long term changes. it does not have to be crazy strict, and you can allow yourself to cheat from time to time. the most important things are that the changes are 1) meaningful enough and 2) sustainable in the long term. focus on whole foods and learn to cook and meal prep. dont even bother working out or exercising until this part is accomplished, and you've managed to maintain good diet changes for like a month.
step 2: maintain step 1, and add a decent workout routine. doesnt have to be crazy, but pick a solid full body beginner's routine and do it. use light weights to start and focus on form and breathing. nice slow, controlled reps with perfect form, even if its like 2lbs. again, dont worry about weight, worry about form and focus. progressively add weight to maintain challenge.
step 3: maintain steps 1 and 2, and add a supplement or 2 only as needed. if you have trouble getting enough protein, consider adding a whey protein supp. beyond that, literally every other supplement is basically fairy dust. if you want more energy to lift, maybe trying a pre-workout supp to compliment your pre-workout meal.
step 4: maintain steps 1-2 for months and years, and watch your body and mind improve in dramatic ways.
there is no easy fix bro. there is no supplement that can change steps 1 or 2. you cant change genetics. you have to make meaningful changes and stay consistent and dedicated. that's the only way.

I cracked open my bag of the French Toast flavor a couple of weeks ago
and after going through a few shakes and blending it with milk products
such as cottage cheese and yogurt this is my thoughts on the flavor.
Mix Ability-9/10- It mixed up very well with no clumping and just a very small
head of foam which settles very quickly. I haven't had any issue so far with
any of the flavors of Impact Whey when it comes to mixing them in a shaker
cup and I always suggest shaking hard with any protein powder when using
in a shake. I've seen people on you tube sometimes complaining about the
mix ability but I think they just don't put a little muscle into shaking like I do.
Taste- 8.5/10- This is NOT some protein flavor where a little cinnamon flavor
was added and they called it French Toast. This has a light cinnamon flavor but
you also get the taste of an egg type batter flavor that somewhat resembles the
taste of a French Toast batter if you were to drink it. The flavor for me is enjoyable
and I found this French Toast flavor to be better than one I tried a few months ago
from AllMaxx Nut which was heavy on the cinnamon but didn't really capture the egg
batter flavor that MY Protein did with this flavor.
Though this is a pure whey protein the flavor is still pretty strong and still comes through
in 8-10 oz of cold water. Overall this is a pretty tasty flavor and I would recommend giving
this one a try and so far the two cinnamon based flavors that I tried from Impact Whey are
both enjoyable, the Snicker Doodle and French Toast so that leaves me one more to try in
the future which is the Cinnamon Roll.

I've been using MyProtein for the past year or so, mainly because it's been the best bang for buck (11lbs for under $60).
I've had chocolate smooth, vanilla, vanilla stevia, natural vanilla, strawberry cream. I'd give taste 7/10. Bearable, but not the best.
Just bought another 11lbs for $51.Your life will never be a straight path.”

You have to expand into more of the exotic flavors and the best way to try them is when
they have the quick flash sale of 3 - 2.5 lb bags for $30 shipped. Like this you can try some
of their better unique flavors without committing to a huge 11lb bag and these are some of
those flavors that I HIGHLY recommend cause their good but again go for the smaller bags
at first to make sure you like the flavor before going for a 5lb or 11lb bag.
1-Mocha
2-Salted Caramel
3-Canadian Maple
4-Snicker Doodle
5-French Toast
6- Choc Brownie Batter
7-Butter Pecan
8-White Candy Cane
9-Boston Cream Pie

In a bowl add a little milk, 1 whole egg, tbs of liquid vanilla extract, a little cinnamon
powder, and 1/2 scoop of Impact Whey French Toast flavor. Whisk all the ingredients
together and set aside.
Take a small Granny Smith apple and cut up into small pieces and add them to a preheated
lightly oiled pan and stir fry the apple to slightly brown then move the pan to the side.
Preheated a large pan with a bit of oil and then take bread of choice, I used multi grain
sourdough because of the texture and quality ingredients and dip the bread into the
french toast batter thoroughly coating the bread and place on the heated pan and cook
both sides until brown. When done plate the French Toast and prepare the frosting.
Frosting- In a bowl add one scoop of the French Toast Impact Whey and add a few drops
of water and stir briskly until it thickens up then spread some of the frosting on each of the
French Toast and then spoon the cooked apple and top each of the toast with the apples.

Ingredients
1- 1 cup of My Protein Oat Powder
2- 2 scoops of Impact Whey French Toast
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 3/4 tsp of baking soda
5- 1 tbs of Pumpkin Spice seasoning
6- 1/4 cup of toasted walnuts
7- 3 tbs of canned pumpkin
8- 2 bananas mashed up in a separate bowl into almost liquid and then add to the batter
9- 2 egg whites
10-3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
11-2 oz unsweetened almond milk
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients then and the wet and combine. Spoon the batter
into a 8in round pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. Place the pan into a preheated
325 degree oven and bake for about 25-30 min.
Frosting- In a bowl add 1 1/2 scoops of the French Toast Impact Whey and add a tbs of a
vanilla casein based protein. Mix the proteins dry then add a few drops of water and stir
briskly until you get a spreadable texture and if you want it thinner like I did for this cake
then add a bit more water to thin it out. After frosting the cake garnish it with a little more
toasted walnuts.
