Thanks bro and I figured I'd get a few of their unique flavors and post a little feedback in this thread on
them and so far the Butter Pecan I definitely recommend and the Boston Cream Pie would be a decent
alternative to just a regular milk choc flavor. I still have the pumpkin pie flavor which I need to try a few
more times before I review it and I'll be posting my thoughts on the Oat powder probably over the next
few days but so far the Oat powder has been meeting my expectations.



The oat powder worked GREAT in these muffins along with the Butter Pecan Impact Whey
which was used inside and outside of these little babies.

Another way to cut the sweetness without increasing volume is to get the Unflavored version and mix it with your flavor of choice. I usually mix flavored MyProtein or ON Natural 1:1 with unflavored so that the sweetness isn't as nauseating in shakes and smoothies.

I know those feels cause I was on my deep cut from the end of May to Oct but I still
got to enjoy some baked proteins goodies but not very often though but now I'm
trying to put back on some of the size that I lost so I can have more goodies made
with protein but I still try to keep it as healthy as possible.

Ingredients

1- 1/2 cup of My Protein Oat Powder
2- 3/4 tsp of baking powder
3- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
4- 1 1/2 scoops of Butter Pecan Impact Whey
5- 1/4 cup of roasted pecan pieces
6- 2 tbs of Chia Seeds
7- 1 tsp of Liquid maple extract
8- 2 egg whites
9- 2 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
10-2 oz of unsweetened almond milk

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the wet and combine thoroughly then spoon the batter
into a 6 muffin pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. Fill the cups up only 1/2 way then drop
1/2 tsp of Cookie Butter (Trader Joe Brand) onto the batter then cover the cookie butter with the
remaining batter. Place the pan into a 325 degree preheated oven for about 20 min and when done
remove and let cool completely before frosting.

Frosting- In a bowl add 1 scoop of the Butter Pecan Whey then add a few drops of water and stir
briskly until you get a thick consistency. If you want the frosting very thick then add like a tbs of a
vanilla protein that has some for of casein to the Butter Pecan Whey and it will make it thicker.
Spread the frosting all over the muffins and garnish with a pecan.

For the past few weeks I've been utilizing My Protein's Instant Oat Powder in protein recipes
and I've been adding 1 scoop to my protein shake which I take with me to work and I drink
in between breakfast and lunch. I take the powder dry with me in a shaker cup and I add cold
water to it at work when I'm ready to drink it.

I ordinarily don't add anything to to my shakes but I'm trying to regain a little weight that I've
lost over the course of about year due to an injury so the little extra calories from the oat powder
in my shakes is a good way to drink some of the extra calories I'm trying to get in.

I also don't use the oat powder in my shakes when I'm home but just to show the way the powder
mixes I made a shake using 1 scoop of My Protein Impact Whey Pumpkin Pie with 1 scoop of the
instant My Protein Oat Powder.

This ^^^^^^^^ is a close up of what this oat powder looks like and it is ground down to a fine
heavy powder. I don't have a coffee grinder or any type of grinding tool at home so I can't really
comment on how well those items grind down oats but this Oat Powder from My Protein is exactly
the same consistency of the brand of oat powder that I've used for many years from a brand called
Muscle Feast and it is EXACTLY the same in every aspect.

If you have a grinder at home and it grinds oat's down to this type of fine consistency then your
good to go and you never need to purchase a commercial brand of oat powder but if it doesn't
get it down this find then you might wanna give this oat powder a try.

This is my review on My Protein Instant Oat Powder


Ingredient Profile- Excellent- The only ingredient is OATS!!! The macro label on the bag is for 100 gm serving
but I would have preferred it to be a breakdown for one scoop instead so I figured it out using the label from
a container of the other brand that I have on hand it both brands workout to be the same macros.

1Level Scoop = 40gm

Calories- 160
Total Fat- 3gm
Cholesterol- 0
Sodium- 2mg
Potassium- 146gm
Total Carbs- 26gm
Dietary Fiber- 5gm
Sugar- 0
Protein- 7gm


Mix Ability- I used 1 scoop in all my shakes but I'm sure if someone is looking for more calories and
carbs then 2-3 scoops can be used but I can say for a fact this powder mixed up very well with no
clumping at all but what you will get is a some settling of the powder so when your having it mixed
in a shake you definitely wanna continue shaking it as you drink it cause the powder is heavier than
protein powder so it will sink slightly to the bottom of your shaker.

The powder has a gritty texture which is expected since it's oats but this texture of finely ground
up oats is a WHOLE lot better than just throwing oats in a shaker cup and drinking it. With this oat
powder as I mentioned you can add up to 3 scoops and I don't think you'll have any mixing issues
at all and again the powder makes it so much more convenient to drink than just using oats that
you throw into a shaker cup which will be a bit rough to take down 3 scoops at one time.

Taste- I have the unflavored version I would HIGHLY recommend going with that one cause the natural
sweet taste works very well with any flavored protein you mix it with and the natural flavor is perfect
if you plan on cooking or baking like I have with this oat powder.

Price- I paid $10.50 for 11lbs and I use to pay double that for only 8lbs so YEAH I will be a My Protein
Oat Powder customer in the future when I need more and I've even seen My Protein have a sale
where you can get 11lbs for $8.50 that's when you need to stock up!

Overall - My main reason to get this oat powder was to use in recipes instead of using flour which I've
done for years and this oat powder has worked out exceptionally well for that use but it's also worked
great in my shakes to help me get in some of the extra QUALITY calories that I need to regain some of
the weight that I've lost.

I would STRONGLY recommend to anyone who is looking for a weight gainer or a meal replacement
just grab a 11lb bag of this Oat Powder and you have a very high quality source of complex carbs
that you can add to your protein shakes and what's great about it you can adjust it to meat your
macros and your not stuck with one of those low quality carbohydrate loaded loaded expensive
gainers where you really can't customize it to your macro needs like you can with this Oat Powder
from My Protein. My overall rating is a 10/10 and I DON'T throw 10's around very easily when I'm
reviewing a supplement but I've been very happy with this one.

This ^^^^is what the settling of the oat powder looks like on the bottom of the shaker and you
just need to give it a little bit of a shake as you continue drinking it but again the powder mixes
very well with no clumping. If your someone who doesn't like a little bit of grittiness which I personally
don't mind at all then I guess you would just have to use other sources of carbs that come in powder
form like maltodextrin or dextrose I will stick to the oat powder.

2- 1 scoop of Impact Whey Pumpkin Pie Flavor
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1 tsp of pumpkin spice powder
5- 1 mashed up banana in a separate bowl then add to the batter
6- 1 tbs of liquid cinnamon extract
7- 2 egg whites 1 whole egg

In bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and mix thoroughly then spoon batter
onto a preheated pan that has been lightly oiled and cook pancakes on both sides then plate.

Frosting- In a bowl add 1/2 scoop of Impact Pumpkin Pie Whey then add a few drops of water
and stir briskly until you get a thick spreadable texture. I wanted this frosting slightly thinner
so I added a few extra drops of water. Spread the frosting all over the pancakes and cover the
top one with the most. Garnish the top of the stack with some pumpkin spiced granola.(Trader Joe)

When I picked up that box of granola at Trader Joe's I knew it was going to be put to

6- 1 tbs of liquid cinnamon extract
7- 1 whole egg
8- 1 tbs of pumpkin butter mixed in to the batter
9- dash of milk IF needed

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the mashed banana and all the other liquid
ingredients and mix thoroughly then spoon the batter into a doughnut pan that has been
coated with nonstick spray. Place the pan into a preheated 325 degree oven for about
8 min and when done remove and cool completely before storing them in the fridge until
ready to eat.
