I still have a some flavors that I definitely wanna try and when I finish up a few
open containers I have I will be jumping on a few more and you say the Rocky Road
is good so I just might add that one to my list for the future.
One thing is for sure with me is that this Canadian Maple is right up there with
my favorite Mocha and it's a flavor I WILL be getting again in the future.

I can't remember the last time I ate a doughnut from a store and the only ones
I eat are the ones that I make
Ingredients
1- 1/2 cup of My Protein Oat Powder
2- 1 scoop of My Protein Impact Whey Canadian Maple
3- 1/2 tsp of baking power
4- 1 banana mashed into a liquid in a separate bowl then add it to the batter
5-1 tsp of liquid maple extract
6- 1 whole egg
7- Banana Granola Crunch Cereal for garnish (Aldi's Brand)
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and carefully spoon the
batter onto a doughnut pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. Place
the pan into a 325 degree preheated oven for about 8 min.
Frosting- In a bowl add 1 scoop of the Canadian Maple Impact Whey and combine
1 tbs of a van casein based protein and mix both protein together. Slowly add a
few drops of water and stir briskly until you get a frosting texture, then spread it
on each of the doughnuts and then garnish them with the granola cereal.

The Mocha is excellent and I love it in everything I mix it with such as cottage cheese,
yogurt, recipes, overnight proats which I combine a tbs of either a van or choc casein
based protein to thicken up the proats. I also love combining a scoop with a choc
protein or a cinnamon flavored for a tasty shake. The flavor I used for the French
Toast was the Canadian Maple (Winner flavor also) and I've also made them with the
Butter Pecan (Winner flavor also) I hope you enjoy the flavors you ordered and
keep me posted just in case you try one I haven't that I need to try in the future.

If you eat a stack of these My Protein pancakes they'll keep you from falling off the wagon.
Ingredients-
1- 1 scoop and 1/2 of MY Protein Oat Powder
2- 1 scoop of Impact Whey White Candy Cane flavor
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1 small square of 72% dark cacao cut into tiny pieces (mix in with dry ingredients)
5- 1 whole egg 2 egg whites
6- 1 tbs of liquid mint extract
7- 1 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and then add the wet then spoon the batter onto a
preheated pan that was light oiled and cook the pancakes on both sides then plate when
done.
Frosting- In a bowl add 3/4 of a scoop of White Candy Cane Impact Whey and add 1 tbs of
a vanilla flavored casein based protein. Mix both the proteins together dry then slowly add
a few drops of water and stir briskly until you get a thick frosting type texture. Spread the

I do love mint and when it comes to desserts like you mentioned if done right it's
very tasty and with this frozen pudding the almond butter worked well with the
peppermint flavor of this white candy cane whey flavor.
I received 3 sample packs in the mail yesterday and one of the flavors was choc mint
isolate so I put it to the test yesterday post workout.
Mixability- 9/10- This mixed up with no foam or clumping and just a few specs on the
bottom of the shaker.
Taste- 6/10- When it comes to Mint Choc whey so far Animal Whey is the best I've
tried and that got a solid 10 rating on taste when I went through a tub of that one
and this Impact Whey Choc Mint didn't come close.
The color of the powder is a nice rich dark color but there really isn't much of a choc
flavor and I would say it's about 80% mint 20% choc and you get a bit of a funny
after taste. The Animal Whey has about a 60% choc 40% mint and it has such a nice
smooth taste which I loved right from the first serving to the last and it's probably
Animal's best flavor in their line up.
I personally LOVED the White Candy Cane flavor and the fact that I could combine this
with choc or van and create my own flavor that I wanted made this Candy Cane flavor
even more enjoyable and the versatility was great so I will just stick to the White Candy
Cane flavor when I want a mint flavor from MY Protein. Like I mentioned in my review
you must like the flavor of candy canes to really appreciate this MY Protein Impact flavor.

This ^^^^^is another sample from the 3 that I received and this was
Natural Chocolate Pea Protein. I'm gonna be straight up I personally am
not a fan of pea proteins and from the brands that I've tried S.A.N. was
the most decent that I've tried in the Choc PB flavor but I wasn't a fan of
the other flavors that I tried and PES strawberry pea was tolerable but I
still could live without it so that being said I tested out this sample as my
post workout shake yesterday.
Mixability- 10/10- This was probably the best mixing plant based protein that
I've ever tried and there was no foaming and it was completely clump free with
virtually no sediment at all so again it mixed very well. Most other plant based
proteins I've had usually foamed up a lot.
Taste- 5/10- The first sip you taste a nice rich natural chocolate flavor and then
you get that AWFUL pea protein flavor I don't know how vegan's or people who
can't tolerate milk based proteins drink this stuff. I know I couldn't try to utilize this
the way I do with whey,or other milk based proteins. I am not a fan of this pea protein
and I personally wouldn't recommend it and if someone is tempted to try it then make
sure you get a sample or two to try first to make sure you like the taste.

Thanks! and I always keep it real whether I like or dislike something I don't sugar
coat anything but I still try to keep it constructive even if it's something that I
wasn't a fan of.
I just finished up my last scoops of the Canadian Maple but I like this flavor
so much I made sure to grab up another 2lb bag on my last order and I picked
up a bottle of the flavored drops in the Maple flavor.
