I mentioned how much I liked this Ginger Bread flavor in other things other than shakes well this is
one of the good way to utilize this ginger heavy flavored protein.
Spiced Ginger Oatmeal Walnut Muffins
3/4 cup of oat powder
2 scoops of MY Protein Impact Whey Ginger Bread flavor
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 cup of 5min rolled oats
1/4 cup of dried candied ginger cut into tiny pieces Trader Joe brand
1/4 cup of toasted chopped walnuts
1 tbs of cinnamon powder
1 tsp of ginger powder
1/2 tsp of nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp of cloves powder
1 tbs of vanilla liquid extract
3 tbs on nonfat plain yogurt
2 egg whites
2 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 banana mashed into almost liquid

Spiced Ginger Raisin Walnut Cookies
If you like your spices then theses will definitely be a big hit to your taste buds and they are not too
sweet but incredibly flavorful.
3/4 cup of oat powder
2 scoops of Impact Whey Ginger Bread Flavor
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbs of cinnamon powder
1 tsp of nutmeg powder
1 tsp of ginger powder
1/4 tsp of cloves powder
1 cup of golden raisins
1/4 cup of chopped toasted walnuts
3 tbs of almond butter
1 tbs of liquid cinnamon extract or van extract
4oz of unsweetened applesauce
1 whole egg
