    3000 calorie meal plan (no supplements)

    hello guys im having struggle on measuring food and get exactly macros i need , so i need some meal plans 3000 calories WITHOUT SUPPLEMENTS ONLY FOOD (in grams meassured) ....hope i see some suggestions if you can help me pls it will be very helpful :@

    You should select the foods you enjoy eating in combinations that meet your micro and macronutrient needs, particularly focusing on whole and minimally processed varieties.

    Also, keep in mind that nutrition labeling is only accurate to within about +/- 20% for processed foods and the variability in whole and minimally processed foods can be even higher, so there's absolutely no way (nor need) to get macronutrient intake "exactly" right.

    Not likely that anyone is going to spend a couple of hours of their time doing that. Your best bet will be to peruse the info in the sticky threads, and then get busy, either with pencil/paper, or one of a multitude of nutrition apps, on your own.
