Thank you for clarifying! Are you saying there is an equal amount of IGF-1 in milk, and that we can avoid buying the HTP supplement altogether LOL? Obviously though if you KNOW you have cancer adding IGF-1 is a bad idea, but given the key to beating cancer is early recognition wouldn't taking something that accelerates cancer development be a bad idea for 'Most' healthy individuals? Considering of course the high expectancy rates of developing SOME form of cancer in your lifetime, which I have seen as high as 1in2 people. Just curious, had the IGF-1 in my cart because it's highly enticing, just weighing the benefits.

lol of course not, this has a much higher amount without a doubt. As you also mentioned - basically what I'm trying to say is that IF someone knows that they already have a tumor/cancer, it's not a wise idea to try and elevate IGF-1 from any kind of substance.
I definitely see what you're saying though and that is going to completely be up to the discretion of the customer, the jury is out as far I know
P.S. glad you're loving the SuperPump 250! Great stuffInstagram - @mooddani

This is one of the older studies that prompted me to ask the questions above, what are your thoughts on the findings? On the plus side it ABSOLUTELY was found to increase muscle mass and fat loss (despite no strength or endurance gainz), so that would certainly explain why others are feeling 'Fuller' muscles than usual.

I know creating doubt is a common way to dismiss a concern, but this one is pretty valid LOL▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #58 ▪█─────█▪

Loggers on AM haven't taken long enough to definitively say reductions in bodyfat or recomping. This is why a lot of us are wanting to give it more time for people to post observations.
Old dude checking in. Turning 30 next year makes me feel that way at leastProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

As with most things in life you have to take the good with the potential bad. You keep asking the same question in different manners I assume because you are hoping for the answer you want to hear. If you have a existing condition, even if it has not shown its ugly head yet, IGF will most likely accelerate that growth. If you follow the 6 week on, 2-3 week off cycle I suspect this will reduce the chance of this happening (just speculation on my part I am no expert on this subject).

expert or not, you are correct.
There is a reason behind the suggested dosing and amount provided in each bottle. Jared Wheat formulated this himself, as well as wrote the dosing instruction...anyone can say what they want about the guy, but when it comes to knowledge behind dietary supplements and how to use them for best results/minimized sides, it's really hard to beat him/HTP.I got no strings to hold me down

Well to be technical, anything really can cause cancer since we all technically have it already. Just a matter of what triggers it. Even taking a bad fall can cause it. But in regards to supplementation, if you have cancer or have a family history of cancer, then I'd think you'd want to stay away due to the risk of accelorating it as was mentioned already. If you have no family history and don't currently have it, then you have no way of knowing if you'd ever get cancer. I doubt a supplement will trigger cancer, but weirder things have happened.
As with everything like smoking, drinking, and drug use....it may have health concerns. Weigh what's more important to you.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

All of the reviews (even the most aggressive one's with users who purchased the product right away) are just starting to hit the 3 week mark. So for changes/effects to already be noticed (like myself) it means it's doing something. Which after two weeks you can't say that about many other products currently on the market

I don't think you read what I posted either LOL. I asked the same question again because the main point was not address the first time. I'm not really concerned with 'pre-existing' forms of cancer, obviously that's a common situation you would avoid by not raising your levels of IGF-1. Moreso the part where they advised that healthy adults DO NOT take the hormone, because it could potentially CAUSE mutated cells to form and then accelerate the cancer development (especially in older men and for prolonged periods). Using it on the short term like XCriticalBenchX suggested might be a bandaid that would make me tempted to try it once, but stuff like this makes me worry about all the young supplement junkies here desperate for GAINZ.
We all know how well they follow supplement recommendations, the bottle says take two scoops so I tried 6 and saw the light brosef! Results are posted with impressive numbers and already they are asking stuff like "What if I take 10-15 of these a day?". It seemed like a pretty legit study though which is why I asked, with over 32,000 female nurses and 15,000 male physicians participating, followed by questionnaires on who developed cancer for another 6-14 years. Carry on though gents, didn't mean to derail or try to rain on the parade▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #58 ▪█─────█▪

Your concern (that you raise in your post) could be with any supplement, not just IGF-1. It should be cycled, that is clearly stated. Outside of that, how users use it/abuse it is essentially out of our control. So I'm not sure what the correct answer you might be seeking here is.
And also, thinking about my current run of IGF-1 (and the more and more research I've been doing) it seems like I may benefit more from taking my first does 90 minutes post-workout instead of 30 minutes pre-workout (I can only dose at this time because I workout right after I wake up) so I may switch it tomorrow and then continue that dosing scheme through the rest of my run.

For the first time this morning I REEEEALLY felt the pump from this stuff. I didn't take any pump product before my workout (no Full as F---k or PlasmaJet) just 5 caps of Pro IGF-1 and two scoops SuperPump Max and did shoulders and had an absolutely incredible pump. And normally a shoulder pump is kind of hard to achieve (at least for me anyway).
I'm going to try it again tomorrow (no direct pump product) before my arm session. I hope it hits like this morning did

I'll report back as well when I finish my bottle. So far, I can't say I'm noticeably any bigger, but when I get the pump I feel much fuller (and my muscles look much fuller) and my sleep/recovery has been fantastic. I'm hoping after the 3 week mark (which I'm getting too) that's when the size/muscle gains will really start.
