Hey just a suggestion based on my decades of experience with dating and relationships. Don't put all your eggs in one basket until she does too. Date multiple women. Just dating. Have fun. Don't have a goal. Keep an open mind. Instead of being the guy (assumption) who doesn't usually go after the girl because when he tries it doesn't work out, be the guy who dates different women just for fun and to meet new people. If something comes of it and you feel like you want to take things to the next level, that's ok. But if she doesn't feel the same way, that's ok. You have another date next week. No desperation, less nervousness, more wit and humor. Just relax into it and keep it light and fun. No expectations.

Yeah i have always been into sports and WWE. Used to talk about it all the time with people but since 2015-2016 i don't meet people who are into this stuff anymore. I used to talk about sports and stats and stuff like that with people at work or go to the courts or fields to play too. But like i said i just don't meet people who are into this anymore. I don't remember the last time i talked to someone who like WWE either.
I like to go out and do things but people just want to talk about netflix and food and stuff like that now it seems.PC specs

The whole issue i have right now is i just can't find anyone who likes normal stuff they are always into weird stuff like hair dressing (men), Harry Potter or Super Heroes or talk about food or Church constantly and i just can't relate to that. I just want to talk to people that are kind of redpilled and are into video games, rock/metal or sports or something like i used to. That's all i ask for.

I’m trying to adopt this mindset and it’s hard. I’m always so serious with this stuff. I can’t relax and just let things happen. I have to control the outcome otherwise I feel vulnerable. I feel guilty talking to multiple girls. Maybe that’s my problem as you said. Putting my energy into only one person. I would probably chill the fuk out if I didn’t make every encounter with a girl a matter of life or death lmao

Copied this from another post I made helping a bro out. Here's what helped me BIG time:
-Psychiatrist recommended I try an SSRI, took several weeks to kick in, def. helps...took for about 6 months then likely will come off it
-Psychologist visits helped immensely. The brain and the way it operates and thinks is a very real science, do not listen to idiot "bros" or "alphas" who tell you depression is BS or a joke; it's not. Never feel bad to ask for help; it might actually work out for you!
-Your thoughts are just thoughts, not you. Once you begin to learn and practice this idea, you begin to view thoughts as just passing feelings or clouds. Don't try to eliminate them, just acknowledge they are they, but they are external, and not you.
-Read Dr. Elisha Goldstein's book Finding Happiness...some legit science in there, its no joke!
-Hot showers, baths or hot tub visits, whatever you have access to...warmth helps you feel good. There were some studies that showed this helped lower depression more than routine exercise if done on a regular basis. (I know cold showers/ice baths have their benefits too, but decide what works for you here).
-Sunlight AND vitamin D supplement (the supplement is just that, a supplement. Sunlight is not replaceable IMO. Lots of people get depressed in the winter and if they dont work outdoors, this is a MAJOR factor for their depression IMO. A friend at an air force base in Alaska was saying the suicde rate went up big time their because of the being indoors and the lack of sun. Get sun, get some!)
-Meditation, daily. Headspace app is great, true game changer for me. I used to lol @ beta/hippie "BS" but...this stuff really does work lol!
-Watching Jocko Podcast, David Goggins or other Navy SEAL/special operations guys content was pretty cool too. These guys definitely have a positive attitude for getting through things and so it's always cool to learn from the best!
Hope this helps; you got this! We're all gonna make it.

I’m not confident at all. I work full time for a corporate company but I’m looking for part time work on the side. I’m more than qualified for a banking role but no one wants to hire me. I’ve been on 3 interviews for 4 positions. Turned down for all 4. I then tried to interview for labor work and both owners never called back. I interviewed at 2 grocery stores for part time work and never got called back. I finally interviewed at dollar tree and they didn’t call back. My self esteem and confidence is shot. Idk what I’m doing wrong. I dress nice and I try to act confident. Is there something wrong with me?

Idk what causes my depression exactly. I have a decent life and but missing the social and intimacy aspects makes me feel empty. I can be feeling fine and then think about this and instantly spiral down into depression.

You gotta be a complete person and be happy to be alone before the universe will bring a partner into your life. Even if the universe gave you a loving GF, you may not be ready for it...
Let me ask you, are you living in a nice part of town, IE not the ghetto?
Are you maximizing your income and focusing on getting that paper everyday?
Are you loving your self, spoiling yourself with trips to a Really good barber, feeding yourself the best steaks in town?
If you answered no to any of those questions change that first and the universe will bring you all the P-sleeve you can imagine.
Im pulling myself out of this. I got up earlier today and ate a good breakfast for the first time in months. One day at a time brahski's. were all gonna make it!!

Coming off efexxor is tough. I stopped taking it and after I have been wide awake for 3 days now. I feel like I'll never sleep again for the rest of my life... I hope not. I gotta get off this stuff before I try parnate. Google drugs.com reviews of it and you'll see how only MAOIs work. Its gonna be the first time since the 2nd grade that I'll feel what it's like to not have anhedonia.

Puzzy won't make you fools feel any better. Believe me. Shyt is all an illusion.
Once you get off it'll be right back to feeling miserable.
Sounds ghay, but it's true: fixing this is internal work. All inside.
Only reason I'm posting here is because I just got done having one of the worst panic attacks I've had in years. Before that it was some extreme intrusive thoughts lol.
Not even exercise helped with it.
Hope ya'll figure out this jigsaw puzzle."I am a rational animal who occupies the intermediary position between angel and beast"
"The upper class is afforded their position by the collective burden the underclass must carry for them"

The good news with being in a bad uncomfortable spot, is that youl will have to move soon. Reaching enlightenment is easier for people that don´t have a lot in life. The rich man with lots to lose is not going to heaven/reaching enlightenment. If your life is chit, you have less to lose by trying. You will have to move eventually.
