Spent the night with my crush. I hate to say it but i was getting really bored. she is pretty cool but it just wasn't that fun and i found myself spacing out while she was talking to me. I think im getting bored of women but idk what else life has to offer and it's the only cure to loneliness.

i dont know why pills grt such a bad rep. i mean i dont like them because they dont work for me but im not scared of them. they're worth a try and you can just stop taking them if you dont like them imo :/

I still have yet to meet anyone with the same interests or hobbies since 2016. I just don't know what you can do if you don't have anyone to talk to about anything. There's no way to build friendship without common interests. As a man you're all alone.

I'm getting to that point where i don't really enjoy anything anymore. I just kind of exist. I used to enjoy everything and felt so connected with the world but i don't anymore.

The hot girl thing is probably porn addiction and social media sloots. They now have 7's and 8's doing 4k porn now so it defeats any purpose of wanting to actually have sex for some guys.

Tbh I dnt even know what qualifies as a "panic attack." Depending on definition it could be daily or every now and then

I don't even know what is socially acceptable anymore since i rarely talk to people. But i never hear people talking about anything anyways. Just netflix, food and other chit that i don't really care about. Just wtf man. It wasn't like this when i was growing up. Everyone i know is all proper and PC so i just act that way too. I have tried talking to people but it never works because the person is super gay or proper/PC or just wants to hear themselves talk. Today this dude talked about tik tok and i was just like this is this really it? How are people socializing these days if there isn't chit all to do or talk about? I can't even get dopamine from a conversation anymore unless it's with a hot girl like imbored says. That's it. I don't even want to talk to other dudes. BUT THERE IS NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT.

Some are naturally prone to it.Ive suffered from bipolar depression since age 13.Was prescribed Zoloft..lithium and Prozac for years and voluntarily stopped taking them 3 years ago.Meditation and staying active does better for me but still I have my days.

My moods are always changing until after dark and then i feel better or more relaxed. I just don't know what is causing this other than chatty life circumstances. Ive been to the doctor and they just give me a med ive taken on and off for years. I started taking it again recently and I felt better but my life is just too chitty man. My basic needs are not met.

It just sucks man. So many have said exercising helps them but it doesn’t for me. It’s just a temporary fix. I just wish my brain MRI showed something so I would at least know what’s wrong with me. I had dozens of tests done in the past 5 or 6 years & doctors haven’t done **** for me.

GAD and Panic Disorder are side effects of depression; you can directly treat those symptoms with Benzodiazepines but to treat the cause you need therapy and psychotropic drugs that directly target the depression
