day one home workout, did deads, bench, oh press and chinups 3 sets 10-12 . now i don't have much weight to sling around at home so i did minimal rest to exhaust the muscles the best i could. well the air is out at our house so that gave me a super sweat rolling and the pump was great . i have a tremendous journey ahead of me. i thought i was making progress until i saw the photos and i am so far behind. i have to drop the fat off somehow as fast as i can . caloric deficit or something i was eating to gain but i think i need to rethink that now. gonna push on through though. second round of bio gro. third today when i get home.

another great workout in the books. did upper last night full on minimal rest 35 minutes supersets
db bench right into bentover db rows
overhead press into lateral raise
db curls into pushups to failure
started with strict reps 10-12 wasn't feeling it so went to failure on the rest of the sets
4 sets per exercise to say i was exhasuted afterwards is an understatement. but man what a pump !
hopefully legs today and traps either way im deadlifting! have been eating good and bio gro with pre and post workouts. time for breakfast and make my mid morning shake. laterBo Bernard,CEC

you know the best thing about working 3 min from home? running home on lunch to lift. Hit back, biceps will be tonight. Bought a handle for close grip rowing/pulldowns and had to try it first thing

hit chest and tris yeasterday plus cardio
huge blast on chest and tris . getting some girth going finally in my arms. didn't feel it as much in the chest but max out on all reps . couldn't get to the cables for a finisher so did dips fof both tris and chest and it went well. total failure.
got to see some new veinage coming in my tris . not there yet but poking none the less. bout time!

So I haven't been super strict on my diet but I'm down about 3 lbs. Some days I look full and lean and other days I look flat and have no definition. I'll try and upload a physique update later. Also the lipo drex works pretty well. I think it works too well. It kinda makes me nauseous after taking it. I'm gonna take 1 pill instead of 2 and see if it works
