Never said that...I asked how you were going to do it like say, be more specific than training your ass off. You are clearly not trolling and very clever so, give us a peak and more post traffic and how you are going to do it.

I'm just doing hypertrophy work for now, bodybuilding type chit. I tore my rotator cuff a few years back and I have s****osis. So, I'm taking it slow and rehabbing my back and shoulder. I havent benched or deadlifted yet. But, I'll know when I'm ready to do those things again. I might start strength training sooner than in 6 months from now. We will see...

perma rehab mode...gonna try to get myself decent enough to train consistently again for strength and hypertrophy stuff again in a few months.
I believe had that SM contest not had the very worst possible format for the tire flip Larry would've had first. But I could be wrong. Anyway definitely a bright future in SM if he sticks with it, especially if he gains a bit of weight too.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Has anyone tried the new IPF approved X sleeves? I got a pair but it was too small. Made my rehband sleeves feel like ace bandages.
Why does Larry promote a 120lbs 16 year old? Lol, very weird to me.

I haven't tried them, but heard from people that they aren't great or anything special.
I don't know anything about Larry.
Jen keeps getting into 1st while the Russians are sleeping, but then they get back on top. Someone said if you turn on airplane mode on your phone and then turn it off, you can vote again. I tried it out yesterday and it seems to work, so I voted like 5 times straight that way. Might have to do that more in these next 2 days.1372 @ 205

So, I'm starting my journey back to powerlifting next week. Fuk waiting until june. My goals are to obtain a 500lb deadlift and a 300lb paused bench weighing up to a max of 185lbs within the next year.
I have powerlifted and have competed before, which was a long time ago. So, I have experienced all of this once already.
I posted a lot here back then with a different account, mitsuomi. With that said, a lot of you should recognize me now.
The whole bodybuilding lifestyle is not satisfying me mentally. But, powerlifting will. I've always loved lifting heavy with the big 3. So, I will be making my comeback.
I know I have said this before. But, I'm serious this time. I have all the equipment I need; belt, chalk, deadlift shoes, deadlift socks.
So, I'm finally ready to do this again and get down to business.Training Log:
