Reddit is lame because its just a bunch of anonymous guys with 200 wilks , and tiny dicks calling anyone with a 400+ wilks a cheater lol.
This place is cool because none of us are actually anonymous/ we can rep people who are legit. And take away reps from fkin morons
/this forum bans drug use talk. I'm so sick and tired of people being like "DRUGS" on every video of someone lifting a lot of weightBench 402 (ace)/ 385 (440 in slingshot)

I think they did a survey and found that over 50% of people who regularly comment and give people advice etc have never done a comp
Don't quote me on that though
I think its just a function of size. The more people that go there the more newer lifters there will be. Message boards like this also attract an older crowd than things like IG and reddit771/645/622 Single Ply

Larry has gone full retard mode power. Trains log like 8 times, hits 445. Pretty ridiculous. I was thinking 200k was pretty questionable as his goal for his show, but he hit it a week after saying it lmao.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Have some room in my garage for a couple more pieces of equipment without being crammed, curious what you guys would go for. Currently have:
Power rack
Fat pad bench
Adjustable bench
Wall mounted cable machine
Reverse hyper
Would love something for leg/quad accessory work like a hack squat or something. Wife likes the belt squat machines but those have pretty big footprints.Best raw lifts: 670/480/675 | http://www.youtube.com/user/invain622002 | IG: NsattPL

My two attempts at belt squatting at home.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BuhK8doAumv/ - This is my friend lifting at my house. I haven't tried this method yet, but it appears to be more user friendly.
Do you have a SSB? Thats definitely my specialty bar that gets used the most. Most of my lifting gets posted to Instagram - https://instagram.com/fayerjw/

Somebody tried explaining this on Reddit and I wasn't quite picturing it, but that is definitely a good idea. I have a landmine attachment for my rack, feel like if I stood on the edge of a platform like you were I could get plenty deep.
I do not have a SSB but everybody keeps recommending it.Best raw lifts: 670/480/675 | http://www.youtube.com/user/invain622002 | IG: NsattPL

I think it was you that told me to pepper my upper back when I said I had a SSB on the way. Good call man, what an awesome tool, I love it.
In other news:
Been struggling for time to train lately and have found some great ways to get workouts in.
1)Swiss bar clean and press 5x5. Then row that weight for 10x5 (easy but not trying to fry back). Then pull weight off and finish with curls.
2) axles clean and press. Then rows starting with that weight, work up until too heavy then RDLs.
3) farmers walk. Then row one of my farmers bars (handle turned down it’s just a 2 inch axle) can finish with RDL
Kind of fun to use one thing for an entire workout, and I get through these in under an hour but still feel exhausted the next day.Tobacco prostitute
